Kendall Taylor Construction has been building custom homes on Orcas 
Island for the past 20 years, but Kendall him self has been building for longer then that. Clip Taylor, Kendall’s father was also a contractor. Growing up Kendall worked for his dad and learned not just how to build, but how to build quality homes. In 1987, Kendall’s father-in-law asked if he would come up to Orcas Island to build him a cabin over the summer. The cabin got a little bigger then had originally been planned, so it ended up taking more than just the summer. It is the home listed under “Haines”. After it was completed Kendall and his family decided to stay on Orcas and he soon began his next home on Orcas Island.
Through the years Kendall Taylor Construction has had many Great employees work for him including 3 of his own sons, and 2 daughters.
